Baskets Because does not accept responsibility for a gift once it has left our premises, however, if a gift arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Baskets Because will assess the situation for replacement based on the circumstances.

Please be aware that a 5% fee will be imposed on cancelled orders. This fee covers the fees charged by our bank for processing your payment. So please check the delivery time frames carefully and if still unsure send an email or call Kerrie on 1300 557309.

If your gift is being delivered to a Business address please include the name of the business as it makes it easier for our delivery drivers to locate.

Please also provide a contact number for the recipient (where known) this way if delivery address is incorrect or nobody home the driver can call and arrange alternate delivery where possible.

Baskets Because is situated in Wollongong  NSW. As such we have varying time frames available for deliveries of our gift baskets and gift hampers throughout Australia. We deliver locally Monday to Friday and on Sundays for special occasions such as Mothers Day & Fathers Day.

Deliveries of Flowers, Fruit & Chocolates can be arranged for same day delivery via our Teleflora and Petals networks. This includes International orders. All other Basket Because gift baskets, gift boxes and gift hampers are delivered by Fastway Couriers & Couriers Please.

We use the services of Fastway Couriers & Couriers Please for our deliveries outside of the Wollongong region. Fastway & Couriers Please do not deliver on weekends and as such our deliveries are based upon WORKING DAYS.
